When Daedalus Projects, Inc. first opened its doors in 1989, Founder & President Richard Marks had built a small team of A/E/C professionals that specialized in construction cost estimating and owner’s representation. After 28 years, our firm has grown to include 30 highly-skilled professionals servicing clients nationwide.
Our Owner’s Project Management team has managed over $1 billion of public and private construction for a wide variety of building types across New England, New York, and Florida. Our objective is to work collaboratively with our clients to complete projects with the highest possible quality standards – regardless of the size and budget. Our role is to be the catalyst within the project team to direct, facilitate, and motivate – ensuring that every member of the team contributes their best to each project.
Our Cost Estimating team delivers high-quality, accurate cost consulting services to Owners, Architects, and Construction Managers at any stage of design from conceptual through to construction and bid documents. Our internal cost database is comprised of information we gain by working on hundreds of projects annually, and reflects current local and national trends.
Though our team has increased in size and experience, our motivation and goals remain the same: dedication to accuracy, quality, and superior professional services.
